When I was little, I used to put my headphones on and listen to Dead! when my parents were fighting — because Gerard could scream louder than they could, and somehow his screaming never scared me.

Ever since I was ten years old, The Black Parade has been my favorite album. And here I am, twenty years later, watching the band play it live — on my honeymoon.

I am so grateful for everything this band has done for me. They have been there in my toughest moments, and they gave me so much hope and so much happiness.
